Tiba-tiba pengen bikin wishlist hehe...kayak anak muda saja.
Memangnya hanya anak muda saja yang boleh buat wishlist???

I don't know why but this morning when I visit our new office to be I have a lot of things in mind. Some of important, a lot of garbage. I realized that been thousand years I didn't give my self a break to re-new or just to organized my heart n mind. May be look arround the place and find that every single building is brand new than seeing there's a large space in east is still empty, ready to be build, makes me remember my own space. Or may be my conversation with my friend form another district about one who lost control her way of working. Ugh...whatever the reason, to day I want to make my wishlist stuff.

Marble Cheese Cake Chiffon
Horayyyy... first bake, first post also in 2013...
Actually, tidak begitu niat baking tapi karena curious banget sama resep yang kutemukan di Blessed Homemaker jadi nekat baking. Dan ternyata kue ini tidak butuh waktu lama pengerjaannya, more less one hour dan nekat pake cream of tartar yang selama ini aku hindari, dan ternyata emang ngaruh sama kecepatan dan hasilnya. Next time pengen bikin yang ga pake cream of tartar.
Dan seperti biasa, because my family don't like the butter taste and the lack of ingredients, I modified the recipe accordingly. The origin recipe can be found in the link above. Hasilnya soft, medut-medut (kalo orang jawa bilang) hehe...ga terlalu manis, ga terlalu eneg juga, lila bilang "enaaaaakkk Nda..." dia mah apapun yang baru sekali makan pasti enak.. hehe.... (tetep penasaran sama Japanese Cheese Cake yang mulus :( )
